Today I decided that I wanted to write a post on the best book dedications of all time.  However, after a lengthy search on Google and my own bookshelf, I have come up rather short.  So I ask you, dear readers, what are your favorite book dedications of all time?  Once I compile a good long list, I will post it!

  1. The dedications in all the Lemony Snicket books.
    e e cummings’ No Thanks.
    Neil Gaiman’s Anansi Boys
Neil Gaiman and Al Sarrantonio’s Stories
C.S. Lewis’ The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe
    Tobias Wolf’s This Boys Life
    Guillermo del Toro’s The Strain
Carlos Ruiz Zafón’s The Angel’s Game
I don’t know what book it’s from, but Albert Malvino’s is great: “This book is dedicated to my brilliant and beautiful wife without whom I would be nothing. She always comforts and consoles, never complains or interferes, asks nothing, and endures all. She also writes my dedications.”
