The Reason for the 100 Classics Challenge

Over the course of the last few months that I have been on this journey, I have been asked over and over again why.  Here’s the only answer I can provide you with.  Unless you’ve felt the compulsion, you’ll never understand.

  1. It’s strange that people ask you why you read the things you do. It’s almost rude. I think the answer should be ‘Why not?’

    • I always make them feel bad because I say “Well, I would hate to be in a room where everyone is talking about a classic and not be able to contribute. I mean have you ever read Paradise Lost?” LOL…You have no idea how many suburban moms I have made speechless. I love every minute of it.
